Our Business

  You might be thinking, oh another brand of cheesecake. Yes, it is but unlike the big companies and the big names in the Cheesecake world I provide what they can no longer do. I prepare each and every cheesecake just for you. They don't sit in some frozen vault for months on end before shipping them out or in the supermarket freezer section for months. My cheesecake are made with the best of ingredients and are made separately, not in big over sized vats like the big boys do. Also unlike most when getting a specialty flavored cheesecake, our cheesecakes retain that dense, creamy texture that you have come to love and enjoy, rather than that "mousse-like pie" that you receive from others.

  As for starting out. I have always enjoyed creating these cheesecakes and seeing the sheer bliss on the faces of friends as they savor each sinful and creamy bite. One day a friend asked why I was not making this a business. I thought it over so here I am starting out small and looking to maintain the highest quality product for you and your family. I’m not here to take out the big boys, but to cater to customers like you, ones that appreciate when someone goes the extra mile for you. I desire to give you a quality cheesecake over just throwing out a large quantity of product that is just good enough to get by.

  I must say though, please be prepared, for once you enjoy my cheesecakes you will be wondering what the others have been giving you all these years and will not want to settle for less again.

Our Cheesecakes

Our Cheesecakes fall along the Philadelphia and New York Styles of Cheesecake. I have used the same recipe for over 15 years now. Even our Flavored Cheesecakes retain that rich dense and creamy texure that most flavored cheesecakes lose.
